I just downloaded my Norton 360/Lifeloc/VPN on my iPhone 11, 4 days ago. I was having a problem with accessing any search engines on my iPhone when I was away from my home wifi system. It just gave a white screen and chewed never accessing the internet.
During this time I dropped and broke my iPhone. Today I had my data/apps transferred to a new phone at my T-mobile store. My Norton 360 App and My Lifelock transferred over just fine. But my Norton VPN disappeared from my VPN & device management.
I talked to Apple chat because I had to pay $14.99 to get the Norton App to originally get my Norton 360 etc on my iPhone. I wanted to know if I would have to buy it again. Apple chat told me I needed to contact Norton support to get this resolved.
Trying to find support for this problem has been unsuccessful. I don't want to cancel my subscription but finding answers and help with this has been a challenge. Any advice?
