I have Norton Family (under this email - ). All of the android devices are showing, but neither of the iOS devices are showing. I downloaded Norton Family from the app store and signed in (on the Iphone 4s). It shows all the other kids (but not the new one I'm setting up, who does show on the main web page), so it is kind of 'seeing' the account. I have rebooted, reinstalled, and tried everything, but the iPhone 4s will not show up on the master website.
