I have upgraded my iPhone but still have the same number - my old phone is completely dead- how do I get my Norton protection onto my new phone with same number as I can’t see the Norton icon on my new phone - my account is active and on other devices

The phone number has nothing to do with identifying your phone in your Norton Account.
Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right. Then click on My Subscriptions, and find your current subscription. Click on Manage Licenses and find your old phone. Click on the trash can beside that device to free up the activation.
Then, while still in your Norton Account. click on the Download link by your current subscription. Send the download invitation to an email address you can access from your new phone and follow the directions to download and install 360 on your new phone.
