A new IPS definition is released today November 2, 2009 through LiveUpdate. The latest defition set is 20091028.004 with 1482 signatures total. The latest IPS engine is 4.5.0.67 and the latest driver version is 9.1.2.5.
Edit: And why doesn't the total signature monitering increase with the new version?
