When trying to install Windows 10 at the device and driver part the system crashes with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL the Windows tech says there is either a spyware or virus on my computer. I did a full scan with Norton and nothing showed up. Is this a con by Windows to get money for the download.
