So after dealing with a really bad tech support over the phone for weeks, waiting for them to call back when they said they would and never did until 2 days later, then making that same mistake again, and hours of remote operation of techs gathering files and logs, only to say they needed to repeate the entire process, I gave up and uninstalled the suite. So I just checked back to see if it was fixed and there it is...the fix in a sticky thread....so I reinstalled it, ran live update......and it's not fixed!
Running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
the 18.5.0.125 update still becomes unresposive by clicking on any portion of the UI.
Explorer.exe ( not iexplorer.exe as I had to explain to several techs over the phone ) still becomes unresponsive when NIS is running.
I must say, think I'm done with Norton and moving onto different software.
