Is aswidsagent.exe part of Norton 360

I found a file named aswidsagent.exe in my Norton directory. Googling it I see that it is part of AVG and not Norton. Is this a hidden virus or trojan or. . . ? How do I remove it? Or should I?

Thanks everyone for their help. Now I have to figure out how to allow it to access the internet through Norton’s firewall, I thought it was malware and when the inquiry popped up I told Norton NOT to allow it access

FYI!! Look into your Norton Firewall for this entry and set it to allow. That will take care of changing things for you.
