Is autorenewal on or not? Confusing info between Order History and My Subscription pages

On the My Account page on the website, under My Subscriptions tab it says ’ Subscription Ends On: 12/6/2024’. Under Order History tab, it says ’ Automatic Renewal Annual Subscription - Renews On 12/6/2024’

This is confusing. Both tabs shows opposite information.

Am I unsubcribed from the autorenewal or not? Autorenewal should be off according to me turning it off last year.

Activate Subscription Renewal + Subscription Ends On: renewal is not active

Norton Community urges users that do not want automatic renewal to unsubscribe and also remove billing profile.
