How to obtain a screen capture of a Norton 360 Security Alert pop up
Detailed description: I am trying to take a screenshot of a valuable security alert provided by Norton. When I use the Microsoft Snipping Tool the popup disappears until I close the Snipping Tool. I attempted to capture the popup with a video using OBS software and cannot select the popup. When I attempt to capture the entire screen, although the popup is present on the screen, it is not captured by the OBS software.
Thank you very much. I was able to do that, but I’m hoping for a better solution, because I’m attempting to put together a presentation that might appear before a large audience with significant implications. If all else fails I will certainly use the method you suggested and I appreciate the reply very much. It would actually be better if I was able to video my keyboard actions to show the Norton pop up as it appears, but a screenshot will be adequate if I can capture the entire screen and meet strict standards of evidence.
