Im running cnss on xp 32bit up to date machine (inc updating norton w/ restarts in between). I run on limited user side too.
(did scans w/ mbam, sas and microsoft online scan as well as norton all clean) I reset ie too.
Lately I find that ie7 runs best with the add on in tools of norton intrusion prevention disabled. (not in console, in add ons in browser) Otherwise ie crashes frequently. It runs like a dream w/ it disabled.
Okay so can you clarify the purpose of this add on for me? How secure is it to leave it disabled in add ons? I wont lose the function that blocks attacks from norton will I?
I dont run tool bars of any other kind hate them.
