Is my ivusb.sys a virus, and what can I do

Good day, I am a licenced Norton 360 user and suspected to have infested with virus, but using Norton full scan and subsequently using the Norton Power Eraser, no viruses were detected. Please help.

I am experiencing slow a PC response situation (stop for a while and restarting, sometimes system hanged) when doing files activities. This started to happen after an auto download of USB ext HDD (WD passport) driver named "Initio Device Driver".

Explored from the internet and seeing many complaints for "ivusb.sys" is a Trojon horse virus. I am not sure it is true as my Norton anti-virus "not" detecting any viruses (directly scanning the files listed below and using some relevant Norton tools.

For example, internet info:

"".....ivusb.sys Corrupts Your Computer Severely

ivusb.sys injects malicious files and registry entries to your computer;
ivusb.sys changes the start-up items;
ivusb.sys corrupts the system files and program files to mess up your computer running;
ivusb.sys installs other viruses to your computer by opening backdoors on the infected system;
ivusb.sys helps hackers stealing your personal information;
ivusb.sys degrades your computer performance......""

I have the following related new files:

1. ivusb.sys

2. ivusbhdd.PNF

3. ivusbhdd.inf_x86_neutral_319d2cb9c9b9157a

4. IvUSBHDD

5. ivusbWxp86.sys

6. ivusbWlh86.sys

7. ivusbWin732.sys

8. ivusbhdd

Again, this is to confirm whether there are virus in my PC and you have heard of it. If yes, what Norton and I can do to eliminate the viruses. Thanks.
