I was under the impression, perhaps mistakenly, that NIS 2011 was a 64-bit application. When recently uninstalling an unrelated program via Advanced Uninstaller, it shows in its list of programs that Norton IS 2011 is 32-bit. I am running 64-bit Win 7 professional.
Thanks for the reply, although it didn't really state whether the software was 64 bit or not. I found another post in another forum where someone stated is was 32 bit but would run on 64 bit. I think that is what you saying here as well.
Yes, that is what I was trying to say. Some things will not run with IE 8 64 bit though.
