Problem started yesterday morning when I tried to start Fidelity Active Trader Pro app.
The app would not load. Contacted Fidelity tech support which had me uninstall and reinstall with Norton 360 Auto Protect and Smart Firewall disabled.
App installed and loaded, but when I close the Fidelity app it will not reload unless I reinstall it.
Any suggestions?
Please review your Norton history for entries that show Norton firewall or other features are doing the blocking. BTW, are you using a VPN when this occurs?

Thanks. I tried that, but didn’t see anything. I ended up going to Settings => Troubleshooting and doing a “Reset To Default” and “Repair Norton.” Also, I saw that Norton had recently done an update and I think that the update may have been a little glitchy, but am hoping that the Reset and Repair has fixed the problem. Will keep you posted.
