Is Norton 360 really causing the "Microsoft Windows Network: Not Enough Storage... Error?

I have W7 Pro SP1 with Norton 360.  I just recently switched from NIS to 360.  And now I cannot access a home network hard drive which is connected to my Cisco EA6500 router.  I had no problems before I switched to 360.  All the searches on the internet try to say that it is due to an IRPStack value in the registry.  When I checked mine, I didnt even have that key listed.  So after inserting it and try many different values it still gives me the error.  Further searches show that Norton and other AV suites can cause this.  Anyone have a similar experience?
