Is Norton in trouble the sign on is locked

I have tried for 4 days sign in is in a loop Is this the best Norton is ??? Says to remove and reinstall tried that took over 8 hours and still would not reinstall because I could not sign in . This to much hasel

So you cannot sign into your Norton Account at www.my.norton.com ? Be sure you have turned off any VPN and ad blocker browser extensions for the Norton pages.
