I've been trying to live chat with Norton Support since this morning. I'm in the queue and the queue time randomly oscillates between 59 minutes and 13 minutes. I've been waiting for over 2 hours. I cant find a number to call instead, or even an option to book a callback. I'm new here...is Norton Support always this bad?
Some times of day are busier than others. And since Covid, we have heard that some support agents are working from home. So when you see the time jump from 4 minutes to a higher number, it could be that agents logged off after their last contact, so there are now fewer agents dealing with the volume.
You can get phone support if you contact Support from www.norton.com/contactcs . But you may still end up in long waiting queues. Best to try varying the time of day you try to make contact.
Or you could try posting your issue here where we might be able to resolve your issue.
