With the expiration of my subscription of Norton Internet Security yesterday, I installed a purchased copy of Norton Security on my three home computers. Since it is a five (5) subscription package, I also installed Norton Mobil Security on my Google Nexus 7, and linked it to my Norton account. The Nexus 7 device does appear on my Norton Account listing.
I previously used Avast on my Nexus 7. It had an ever present icon in the top left indicating that it was functioning. Norton Mobile Security has no indication at all that it is functioning. When I click on the Nexus 7 NMS icon nothing really changes.
How do I know NMS is continuously active and protecting my Nexus 7 when I am using the device or when it is just idle?
