Is Norton Online Backup Actually Supported?

Several weeks ago I stayed up all night working with a chat support person to try and resolve a problem with NOBU. A large report was generated and uploaded and I was told that a Developer would get back to me within 7 days. That did not happen.

How do I know what version of NOBU I am using? I think that it is 2.0. But I thought I saw something that suggested that there was a 2.1. Is NOBU 25GB a different product, an upgrade, or a renaming of the product I have.

I have now successfully used the re-installation of the NOBU SW to resolve the "Computer Not Onloine" problem". Will we ever see a fix for this problem so that it is not necessary to do it every month or so?

I notice that NOBU is unable to backup files that are encrypted by Windows XP Professional. Is this intended or is it a bug? If a bug, is it ever going to be corrected?

I originally bought 3 licenses to use on 3 computers. Then I discovered that the product will support up to 5 computers. Will I be able to install the 3 product keys sequentially to get 3 years of covereage?

If this is not the right place to post these questions, where is the right place. Norton's webiste seems to avoid any possibility of supporting NOBU.
