Is Norton Systemworks (2006) fully compatible w/ MS Office 2007?

I have been using Norton Systemworks since the beginning.  I have a friend running XP Pro and he also runs Microsoft Office 2007..  I wonder if Norton Systemworks 2006 is fully compatible with XP Pro and Office 2007..

Appreciate any feedback but if NSW acts up or is incompabible with Office 2007, I need to know.

Thanks for any help..

What's the edition of Norton SystemWork that you are using? If its Basic, then there should not be any problem. For Standard and Premier editions which include Norton AntiVirus, Office plugin may cause problem. However, you can disable this plugin as autoprotect is always running in background providing protection.

Vinod,

Thanks for getting back to me..  The 2006 version I have includes Norton Anti-virus, Checkit, GoBack, etc..  But I only want to install NSW (and not install antivirus, checkit, goback, etc) and make sure it is fully compatible with Office 2007.

I know NSW (2007) is a wreck with Vista.. I guess I was wondering how much Office 2007 had in common with Vista..

Thanks for any clarity..

Jim H
