I have NIS, and got a message today (excerpt here):

Norton™ Identity Protection has found a match to your monitored information.
 https://sso.identitymanagementcenter.com/...

Is this web address legit?

Norton Internet Security. I did click on the link, and it took me to a page where they asked for personal information for som Symantec app (same page you can get to via the Norton home page). I closed the page in disgust.

Can you clarify what product you are referring to by NIS? Norton Internet Security, Norton Identity Safe???
