In Windows 8 (x64) want to point my download manager to the on demand scan exe file. However, there does not appear to be a x64 version. So, in the mean time I'm going to point the manager to engine/20.4.0.40/navw.32.exe. When using the Insite Scan in a file right click menu the windows explorer locks up and reqires a restart (task manager, right click option). I still have to test it with an actual download to see if it will scan normally. Might need a switch to modify the way it runs if at all.

Again, thank you for your time. You stike me as a glass half full person.

It helps when it's half full of coffee.

You'll find this forum to be a good source of info with patient and knowledgable volunteer staff helpers. I've only been here a short time and have received some good tips about Norton and Malware intrusions.
