I notice there are a lot of smart watches out there which are quite popular, like the Samsung Galaxy Active 2 (Android) or Apple Watch 5 (iOS).
Since these devices now have near to all the features and vulnerabilities of a tablet or mobile phone, is there a Norton Antivirus program for either of them as there is for an iPad (iOS) or Samsung smartphone (Android).
Your help would be greatly appreciated as to a Norton Antivirus for each of these iOS and Android devices. It would be very popular and be widely used by the millions of Symantec customers, who are also smartwatch owners.
Hopefully Norton can also consider providing a Norton Antivirus for the Fitbit Versa 2 and Ionic smartwatches (which are going to be purchased by Google and become a big player in the smartwatch market) aswell as the before mentioned smartwatches.
This might be a good suggestion for the Product Suggestions board https://community.norton.com/forums/product-suggestions
I hope something similar from Norton will soon be available for Apple Watch 5 and Samsung Galaxy Active 2 smartwatches.
With vulnerable information like credit cards and other sensitive information like healthcare information being stored on these devices, Norton Mobile Security for Apple and Android wearables would be very popular, especially among potential and existing Norton customers.
In legal sayings, "I rest my case!"

Thanks Peterweb for your reply, and for the information about the OS that the Samsung Galaxy Active 2 smartwatch has being the Tizen Based Wearable OS 4.0. It really is appreciated.
I remember back in 2003 when the very first 3rd generation mobile phones and smartphones came out, and started to do the functions of PC's, and then started to take over from them for mainstream personal use.
This is where I believe smartwatches are coming to now, especially now as they can handle credit-card transactions by Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, and I do hope that Norton and Symantec can provide an Internet Security system for them, as they do Apple iPads and Android smartphones (yes I have seen that they do exist), before a competitor internet security developer takes their market share away on this new platform.
I do wish Norton and Symantec all the best with developing the internet security apps for these new smartwatches, since they do have the required expertise in developing for years internet security systems for different versions of iOS and Android, which is what these smartwatches operating systems are based on..
Many thanks again Peterweb for your reply!
There is no malware protection in Norton Mobile Security on any IOS device. See this article from howtogeek . com for an explanation of why it is not necessary.

And from the information from the Samsung web site, the OS on the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is Tizen Based Wearable OS 4.0. Norton only supports Android based mobile devices.
