Is there a problem with Norton Activity Map updates?

Hi to all,

 

I cannot receive any Activity Map updates for the last 10 hours. (not failing to complete, simply there are no Activity Map updates for my product).

Is there a problem?

I have NIS 2012 19.5.1.2  with XP Pro SP3.

All the other updates work fine.
