Is there somewhere to provide inputs for Norton to consider? For instance, I noticed most of my "untrusted" Norton Insight processes were from competitor software such as Webroot Spy Sweeper or from other common processes such as my Earthlink account. My guess is there is alot of people with those common programs on their computers.
