I have had problems with Norton 360 for the past few months, whereby it wouldn't open. I could however, open functions within N360, by right clicking it in the taskbar(such as live update and quick scan). After posting on this forum, I was advised to run Norton RnR, which I did so-to no effect.
We are implementing a BYOD scheme in work and the IT guys believe that the N360 firewall is blocking my access to their wifi. Does anyone know a possible fix to my problem, or a way of deleting Norton 360 so that it pauses my subscirption, so that I am not losing money.
And seeing as Norton RnR didn't work and I have also had problems with other programs on my laptop(Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium), I think the problem may be on the OS side.
Many thanks.
