Is there a Windows Vista/7 compatible Gadget for NIS2013?

One of the few features NIS2012 had that I miss in NIS2013 is the NIS Gadget (the small window that appeared in the Gadget bar).  I've found no documentation or mention of an NIS Gadget compatible with NIS2013; am I missing something?

Thanks for the response!  That perfectly explains why Gadgets in general seem no longer supported.
