Hey,
today I've got a lot of WS.Reputation.1 false positives since I downloaded small programs and plugins that are not really popular. Norton of course removed them automatically. After I put them out of quarantine and uploaded them to virustotal, it was obvious that all of them were false positives (only Norton was picking them up as dangerous and I have downloaded them from safe sources). But since it is very annoying to always log on as admin and put the files out of quarantine, I would like to know if there is an option that let's me choose whether I want to delete a file that gets detected as "WS.Reputation.1" or if I want to keep it. I have already looked through the settings and set SONAR and heuristics protection to "Ask", but Norton still deleted them automatically.
Note that I don't want to turn this feature off completely, I would just like to have control over whether or not a file gets deleted if that happens. WS.Reputation.1 has only given me false positives so far, because I've also sent many files to Norton and as it turned out, every one of them was indeed a false positive.
