This morning, for the Nth time, I tried downoading NIS 2009 in order to see if the patch was available for me (16.7.2.11). Once again, I got an older version and tried to use Live Update, and once again, Live Update failed to run on my machine (said it could not connect to the internet even though I could connect via Firefox).
There should be a tool that I can use that will tell me when I can get the patch for my computer. I have wasted several days trying and failing to get it (not to mention that each day that it is not available is another day that comes off my subscription that I paid for).
