Is there any way to tell if you've been infected/affected by the Flash Zero-Day exploit?

I'm kind of stressing out right now about this. The Adobe Security Bulletin says "Successful exploitation could cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system." A couple of days ago, while restarting my computer, I got a quick BSOD just before Windows fully loaded. The only strange thing I've seen after this crash is that Dell's "My Downloads" kept popping up every 2 minutes or so, even after selecting Remind me later and Don't remind me again. I stopped this by renaming the "ToasterLauncher.exe" file.

I also just did a Product Update for NIS on 7/8/15 to stop Firefox from crashing every time it was closed (updating fixed that problem), Updated Flash to 18.0.0.194 on 6/24/15 then updated to 18.0.0.203 on 7/9/15. The BSOD crash happened a day or so after I updated NIS.

I've performed several Full System scans and nothing has been flagged, and I performed a Norton Power Eraser scan but a single Registry entry was flagged and fixed. If my system was infected/affected, will NIS pick up on it or is it too late if you've been infected/affected already?

Also (not related to the BSOD crash), for some reason (maybe it's NoScript's fault) but when signing up to these forums, it asks me to select a username, but there are no fields to input one???
