There is nothing anyone can do to stop spam from being sent to you. All you can do is be a wise user that can recognise the scam and use your email client to filter out this spam.

I've received at least 6 today alone...before lunch! Seems like we should be protected from these too?

Fraudulent companies carry out technical support scams by posing as software support providers and claim to offer support on behalf of major technology companies. They set up fake websites, send scam emails, offer free security scans, or send alarming messages to convince you that your computer is infected or needs to be fixed.

Every time I see one of these scam emails posted I call the phone number listed and it just rings and rings with no answer.

I guess somebody else has already called and the crooks are busy buying things with the credit cards and bank accounts they have pilfered from those callers. Guess I am just too late to give them all my confidential info. LOL

lol, $567.00 for one year, wow. yeah right!!!
