Hi,
I have Nis 2010 in a box, bought in a shop, so it's on a cd. I use it on my pc and my laptop, but I believe I have 1 licence left.
So today I bought a netbook and wanted to use my last licence on that one, but the problem is: the netbook doesn't have a cd-rom drive and at the moment I don't need an external cd-rom drive because I can send around everything through my network.
So my question is: can I copy the contents of the cd to an usb-drive and install it from that drive on my netbook? Would this work or is the cd protected against this? I don't want to mess my official licence.
Another option would be to download Nis, but my version is 2010 and it's dutch, I only saw Nis 2011. Last year we were allowed to use 2009 licences with Nis 2010, is that the case now too? And if this is possible, could I get a direct download link, because the usual link asks for a credit card and due to all the financial problems around the globe my bank fused with a bigger bank and in a few weeks I will receive an up to date credit card but I don't have any at the moment.
Thanks for your help.
