I'm trying to resolve some strange goings-on with one of my two PCs (https://community.norton.com/forums/how-can-i-find-my-vault-password-my-pc-based-desktop#comment-6046101).
Yank is wondering if I have two Norton accounts so I'm just about to go and check. In the meantime, is this subscription email from Norton genuine? I have in the past posted about fraudulent ones so I need to know - if it's genuine, it may point me in the right direction with the above issue. (I changed my email address a few weeks ago - my Norton accounts has my new one but this has been sent to me old one.)
