I login to my.norton.com and find on the dashboard that it says there's an Issue Found on my Mac Studio. I click the section to open a page that starts checking for the issue and says "Make sure your computer is online to resolve the issue." which seems to time out so I do my best to keep the page from timing out (at least a dozen times in Firefox). It never seems to do anything. So I've tried in Safari as well, but I still don't get any results.
