This issue hasn’t been fixed even in the latest patch, 26.2.
Please let me know as soon as you find a workaround until the bug is fixed.
If the bug in this thread is fixed, please include it in the patch notes.
I’ve contacted Norton’s chat and phone support separately, but they haven’t been helpful.
It’s almost been a year since the bug appeared; please prioritize fixing it.
