Issue Using Taohealth App with Norton360 Safe Web (VPN) Enabled on iOS

I am experiencing issues using the Taohealth healthcare app on my iOS device when Norton360’s Safe Web (VPN feature) is enabled. When I attempt to access Taohealth with Safe Web activated, I encounter an HTTP Status 500 error. I reached out to Taohealth support, but they could not locate any corresponding errors on their server, suggesting the issue might be due to the VPN environment blocking certain connections.

When I disable the Safe Web feature, the app functions correctly without any issues. However, when I re-enable it, the error reappears.

Is there any recommended way to configure Safe Web to allow the Taohealth app to work while keeping the VPN enabled? Has anyone encountered similar issues or have any solutions?

There is no way to filter what Safe Web detects/blocks. What you need to do is send logs to Norton so they can adjust things on their end.

Use the instructions in this Norton Support article to gather and send the logs. https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v137722597 In your case, recreating the issue would involve trying to access the site in the app with Safe Web turned on, and then turn it off and access the site again. When submitting the logs, in the Case Number section enter your forum user name, and in the description enter a link to this forum thread.
