Issue with Listing suscribed Devices

Hello

I have used “Manage Licence” option in “My Devices” section to remove one of my mobile device from the list. Because this device was using a different licence which I cancelled.
I have used my new licence key in this mob device , in Norton 360 app and it is subscribed successfully.
But this divice is still not being listed in the “My Devices” section of my norton account.
I have tried unintsalling Norton app in the device and reinstalled and it automatically identified the licence . But again the device is not visisble.
When I click “Add another device” , it is still giving me new installation link.

PS: If I click “My Subscription” and click on “Manage Licence” ,I can see the device showing in the popup .

The Devices page in Norton Account is notorious for being incorrect/outdated. As you found, the accurate information is in the My Subscriptions page.

Changes you make are not instantaneous. Check again tomorrow to see if the device appears.
