Actually you need a solution guys... Sorry not sorry..  I mean,  I've signed up for this and I am for now really hoping this really does its job as expected by their words, i experienced the complete Norton suite disconnected itself, I had to download it again and set it up again in my PC, since then, I feel like my sys. might've been compromised somehow... Got my internet and apps suuuperslow like on the times of dialed modems, remember that?..  Wtf, where's my trust this days I don't really know... I used the help desk for free since I joined and now it seems like it turned into an additional $65 subscription?? I'm soooo shocked!

Where did you get the link to support? Norton Support for current subscriptions is free. If you used an internet search and clicked on one of the first few results, you were probably not directed to genuine Norton Support, but some company that can provide support for multiple products for a fee.

Hello Gio. Lets get some basic info from you about the issues you are seeing. 

What your OS is and version? IF you are running Windows 10, any version disable "fast startup" and reboot. Recheck for the issue still being present. 

What is your current Norton product and its version - Here is how to get that info

If you feel that you should remove the current product then download your new product again please use the Removal Tool(link is external), scroll down to the "Advanced" section and perform a REMOVE ONLY. Reboot your computer. Download your product from your Norton account, run live updates until no more are offered and reboot yet again.
