I've recently found that I cannot connect and use any of my external devices (mobile phone, Sat Nav ) etc, since having Norton Security installed. I did try the Chat facility, but after hours on-line, the issue could not be resolved.. All I could do was to remove Norton and Restore my laptop to a earlier date in September. Then the devices are recognised and can be used, but of course I do not have Norton security running.. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can fix the problem?
