Have not had many problems till today. This system is not used on a regular basis. Previous liveupdate 17 days ago and no changes to system since then.
Liveupdate downloads the 1319124567jtun_nav2011fennful26.m26 into the folder:
Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\NIS_18.1.0.37\Lue\Downloads\Partial
Seems to download the full 122.24MB in about 62 seconds, then deletes the file. Virus definitions 'failed to complete' with an error code 8920,201 which if I follow correctly, wants me to manually download and apply virus definitiions.
I can do this, but if this becomes a regular occurance, it may change my impressions of NIS as a product.
I would like to know if this is a temporary occurance and what steps are being taken to prevent this from occuring.
