Hi RYU81

I just did a Google on ITunes 9.0.2 and it is full of people who are having problems with that program. It may be coincidental that you have a problem with ITunes when your Norton product is installed. As CGoldman said, it's possible that there is malware on your computer and without any protection, it is free to do what ever it wants. If NAV is the problem, there are ways to have both NAV working and ITunes working. Please do as CGoldman suggests and use the removal tool and then reinstall your NAV.

You can download the Norton Removal tool from http://www.symantec.com/symnrt

Hi RYU81

I see you have another thread going here where you are having problems updating your laptop also in this thread.

Did you get that problem fixed before you uninstalled NAV? That problem and the one you have with ITunes now could very well be related.  Those problems could happen if you have malware on your computer and you installed NAV with the malware on your computer.

I scan with NAV2010 before uninstall it,not there any malware in pc.problem not fix it if NAV2010 there,I use removal tool then install NAV2010 agin after reboot,I get my error again.

Please write out the error you receive, exactly as it is shown on the screen.

Thank you for your most useful contributions. I did not relate the associated posts until you advised. Unfortunately, I remain unclear what error the OP is receiving without which I cannot assist further.
