(Win XP 32bit, iTunes 11.0.2, latest Norton Family)
Any one else experiencing problems connecting to iTunes store with Norton Family installed?
Started having connection failures to store. Been working fine for a long time, and have not changed any of the Norton Family access permissions / rules etc.
iTunes Help, Run Diagnostics,,, Network connectivity tests says it is unable to verify secure link to iTunes store (intermittent).
Had another identical spec PC, apart from Norton Family, and this was not having any problems.
So, uninstalled Norton Family and guess what, connection problem gone!
EDIT : Forgot to add - even had problem on adult user ID that is not suppoed to be monitored.
