I have read the other posts regarding iTunes and not being able to connect to the store.
The fixes don't seem to apply to my Norton Internet Security. I believe this is a 2011 edition.
I get the message that I'm not connected to the internet (I am).
I can't find a firewall setting. I find Sonar, Auto protect and Download Intelligence.
Hope you can help.

From Justanswer.com:
Close the itunes.
In windows vista, click on your start menu, then on "all programs", go to accessories, right click on the command prompt icon and choose "run as administrator". Once it opens, type in the following command...
netsh winsock reset
Press enter. If it prompts you o restart the computer, restart it.
Now open itunes and try to connect.
