My ISP (COX) says I have the virus fakesecsen which Norton scans (including Power Eraser) do not confirm. It is an old virus so the web says. Also suspected that COX is sending these virus alerts as a solicitation for their anti-virus software. Totally unethical & I have filed a complaint with the FCC. But if anyone has a removal process I will try it just to be safe.
