I've Been Banned From Site

Don't have *any* idea of how this happened, but when I tired to log-in on the Community Forums, it said "We're sorry, but you have been banned from using this site."  No way to get in.  Couldn't Re-Register, etc.  Both FF and IE.

Took me *all day* working with Symantec and Chat, etc, people to finally get on, and Register under a different User Name, etc.

Still can't use my original Registration, under RobyStellarSeed (near my tradename of RobbyStellarSeed).  It "bans" me, if I do.

*************

Something seems *very* suspicious, here.  [BTW, I'm running NIS 2008/2009 and GHOST 14 on a Toshiba laptop, Win XP SP3.]

First, Saturday (7/25/09), my computer got clobbered while doing nothing special -- just surfing the Web and looking at a MySpace music page.  Suddenly, screen went completely dark, with no activity.  Power button still on, and couldn't turn it off.  Had to unplug the computer.

Then, when got running again, checked out my Systems.  Windows "System Restore" no longer works.  And, GHOST wouldn't work, either.  Wouldn't do "incremental" save, etc -- just hung at "1%" complete.  Lots of GHOST CD "Repair," "Remove/Re-Install"s finally got me back, close to "zero" on GHOST.

But, it still had a problem that makes me "not trust it."  Whenever I start my computer, GHOST comes up in the System Tray/Status Notification Area and says it's "At Risk."  Yet, when I start GHOST, it says it's fine -- "Backed Up."

Tried many things to fix, to no avail.

So, I tried posting to the Norton Forums, on this problem.  And, found I'd been "banned."  I couldn't get any help from the people that know the most about all this.

Is someone trying to tell me something?

Would greatly appreciate if the Administrators here, could look into this.  Something just isn't right.

Kind Regards,

Robby
