When I sent an infected file in a couple of days I get a responce that there was no virus detected in the file I emailed. And it’s surely infected as notepad starts 2 processes “notepad.exe” and “_notepad.exe” the latter is real notpad and the 1st one is actually a virus. When I ran that notepad.exe file on another comp it got same issue so file is infected no doubts about that. I also get messages that NIS blocked an attemp to infect “regedit.exe”, “msiexec.exe” and few other files every 30-40 seconds. I couldn’t find any way to get tech support representative to talk to me about it. What do I do? Blanking out my comp to get a clear start is unacceptable.
