Java problems plz help

I have recently upgraded to Norton 360 from an older version of NIS. Since the upgrade I have been having problems with Java. I often use a foreign exchange website for currency trading which has chart graphs. However the graphs have not been loading properly. I have tested java on the website and it says it is working properly. I have the latest version of java. I had the same problem initially with NIS but i played arround with the firewall settings and turning off the 'block stealth ports' solved the problem. Not this Time. Java is definatly enabled with my web browser.

After playing around with the firewall settings I managed to get the background of the graphs to show but no graph data etc.

It also says i need to open port 4001 in both router/firewall with no outgoing limitations, can any body run me through the steps to do this? I'm sure it cant be the router settings as it was working before the norton installation update.

Also, I am running on 64bit but only have 32bit java console. Will this make a difference? Again, it was working with my old norton under 32bit so wouldnt have thought it would be a problem.

I have tried to play around with Program Rules moving the TCP rules  i have added to the top etc but this is equally as confusing as trying to open the port on N360.

Have recently upgraded to the latest version of internet explorer (10?)

Any help would be appreciated.
