My computer started acting slow (Win XP SP3), so I ran a full scan using NIS2006. It found 2 files named jilo.exe that it considered trojans. However I could not fix or remove the files.
I then started in safe mode and ran the scan again. Again it flagged these two files, but was not able to fix, remove or quarantine. I was able to manually quarantine them.
I searched the internet and here for any information on these files and came up empty. When I tried to submit the files to Norton, I was given another error message about NIS not able to submit the files.
Does anyone have any information on jilo.exe or know how I can submit them to be looked at? Or should I just remove them.
Thanks
Mike
