I've noticed a number of other joomla users needing their sites manually verified, I have a client who had their site hacked back in September 2010 which has subsequently been cleared. I sorted it with google but have been notified that Norton doesn't see the cleared site until it is resubmitted.
Can you please verify the site for me and remove it from the threat list.
