Earlier this week, we released an updated version of the Norton Family Android app and the Norton Family website. Here are the notable changes:
Norton Family (free version)
- Additional Android Browser Support
o We enhanced our Web Supervision feature to be compatible with additional Android browsers. We now support both Google Chrome for Android as well as the Samsung S4/Tab2 default browser.
- Web Supervision
o Parents can now adjust House Rules for Web Supervision and submit website categorization disputes from within the Android App in Parent Mode.
Norton Family Premier
- App Supervision
o Parents can now control the specific apps or types of apps their child downloads on their Android device. Parents can access this feature from both the Norton Family website as well as the Norton Family Android app in Parent Mode.
