why do I every year have to jump through hoops to renew this???
I buy my licences from online third parties (amazon etc etc all legit)
But every year I have to cóntact norton chat and granted they normally sort it there and then after i give them the key and they sort it so that I don't loose any days...a very quick process BUT not this year : I have to wait to the last day...well i'll be away and my young son will have to do this if he want to use his pc.
NOT IDEAL...also his pc is running on the trial version of norton (new build) as norton wouldn't let us add it to the account as the trial had more days than the subscription.
